The journey of True-Source Apparel is more than just a business venture; it is the fulfillment of a hidden desire revealed—a passion that never faded.

Even as a senior citizen, Dray's love for design and apparel remained steadfast, proving that purpose knows no age. With time and the evolution of business, his vision has taken shape as an online store, embracing modern technology while staying true to his roots.

Dray, also known as DRAYWRITER, is an entrepreneur with many experiences spanning the Caribbean, Canada, and the United States. He currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland. His passion for art and design ignited during his teenage years when he spent three years in technical drafting school. One of his earliest ventures into apparel was creating tie-dyed T-shirts for a school play and later for a team of friends participating in his country's Carnival Street Festival.

Decades ago, during a challenging season of unemployment and with his first child to care for, Dray's entrepreneurial spirit emerged. Teaming up with a relative, he traveled to neighboring countries, sourcing unisex clothing wholesale and building a small apparel business with a dedicated clientele. Many of those early customers remain in touch to this day, a testament to the lasting impact of his work.

Though his career took various turns over the years, his passion for design and apparel never faded—it simply evolved, leading to the creation of True-Source Apparel.

At True-Source Apparel, we acknowledge the significant differences across society, communities, cultures, and families. These insights drive our mission to inspire change and promote understanding. We view clothing as more than mere fabric; it serves as a means of motivation, encouragement, and upliftment. Dray, a committed Christian, finds inspiration in the Bible, weaving life lessons into every design to provide hope, humor, and heartfelt encouragement.

Our slogan, "Be Not Conformed. Be You Transformed," is the foundation of True-Source.

Inspired by Romans 12:2, it reflects the power of renewing the mind and embracing transformation. We hope to inspire, uplift, encourage, and motivate others to see life through a lens of faith, growth, and purpose.

Our catchphrase, "Designs with a Purpose in Mind," represents our unwavering commitment to meaningful fashion.

The True-Source Apparel logo holds deep significance. Its design pays tribute to Christ's Crucifixion, and the three circles symbolize the Trinity, a constant reminder of the faith and values that form the foundation of our brand.

This verse calls for transformation, urging believers to shift their mindsets toward God's purpose and truth. It teaches that by renewing the mind, we can align our thoughts, attitudes, and actions with divine wisdom, creating a life that reflects faith, hope, and positive change.
